If a member violates relevant laws and regulations or provisions of this agreement, Auf-Wolke-7 has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the member’s account, and reserves the right to report to relevant authorities or take legal action at any time.
4. Auf-Wolke-7 does not provide any guarantee that its members will succeed in finding a partner or developing any form of relationship.

All contents of this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, music, software, programs, applications, website design, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Auf-Wolke-7 or relevant rights holders. 6. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, including but not limited to the safekeeping of their account username and password. Members must ensure the security of their account and promptly notify the customer service department of this website to prevent unauthorized use. Auf-Wolke-7 shall not be liable for any form of loss or damage incurred by members due to their failure to comply with these guidelines.
7. The payment method for our website is conducted through a secure third-party payment system. Members must ensure the accuracy and completeness of their payment information. Auf Wolke 7 shall not be liable for any form of loss or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information. In the event of any issues during the payment process, members should directly contact the third-party payment system for resolution.
8. Premium members who wish to change or cancel their membership plan must notify Auf-Wolke-7’s customer service at least 14 days prior to the expiration date (based on the actual time of receipt by customer service). If a Premium member fails to notify our customer service within this 14-day period, their subscription will automatically renew according to their previous plan. Upon canceling the renewal, the account of the Premium member will be automatically downgraded to a basic membership at the end of the subscription period.
9. Auf-Wolke-7 reserves the right to modify the terms of use, service fees, and payment methods at any time. The modified terms and fees will be effective immediately upon publication on our website and users will not be notified separately.
